Boutique Bed Company reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use from time to time. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.


The information contained in this Site, including but not limited to the rules that govern the use of the Site, may be subject to change. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules, as changed. Your confirmation of acceptance will be sought in respect of any changes which substantially affect your position under these terms.


All Site design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof are Boutique Bed Company, all rights reserved, or in the case of product material, all text and graphics are Copyright protected by the original owner, all rights reserved. Permission is granted to you to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as an information resource (or of ordering goods or services and using this site as a shopping resource). Any other use of materials on this Site-including reproduction for purposes other than noted above, modification, distribution, or reproduction-without the prior written permission of Boutique Bed Company is strictly prohibited.

Order Acceptance

If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation of this by email. The receipt of an email order confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of an order and the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms. Whereas, following such acceptance, Boutique Bed Company will always seek to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances following confirmation where we are unable to fulfil your order due to unavailability of material used to manufacture (of which we were not aware at the time of confirmation of the order). If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and explore alternative options you may be interested, if not, we will refund the money back into your account used to process the original transaction. Boutique Bed Company try their utmost to ensure that their descriptions, details, prices and dimensions are as accurate and up to date on their website.

However, on the rare occasion where an inaccuracy or error has been identified, which can potentially affect your confirmed order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will provide you with the option of cancelling your order in full or the part(s) of your order affected by this error. If you make such a cancellation, the money for the cancelled part of your order will be refunded to your account (or will not be taken at all if the payment process has not begun at that time). 

Prices and availability of product options on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors & inaccuracies will be corrected when discovered, and Boutique Bed Company reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

Boutique Bed Company reserves the right to cancel an order at any time until the order has been delivered, for any reason, and refund the customer in full.

Discount Codes

Discount Codes are limited to one per customer, per order. Any order which try to combine coupon codes in order to gain an increased discount will be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes are solely at the discretion of Boutique Bed Company and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or coupon code at any time.

Any discount does not apply to any additional extras or upgrades ordered after you have placed your initial order.

Order Amendments and Cancellations

You have a 48 hour cooling off period off for the moment you submit your order with us. Once this time period has elapsed, your confirmed order details will be placed into production and any attempts to cancel or amend your order from this period will be refused. The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not definite but can be applied as a realistic timeframe on when you should receive your order. We will do our best to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates vary from models, product ranges and delivery locations.

Bed Dimensions

When you purchase an upholstered item from Boutique Bed Company, it has been handcrafted on a made to measure basis for you. For this reason, dimensions may fluctuate +/- 10mm for sizes stated.

Where space and fit are of utmost importance please contact us via email at ensure that the item is fit for purpose and the space available to manoeuvre, assemble & place in your chosen room. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements.

Fabric Swatches Requests

All our upholstered items are available in a variety of over 100 quality fabrics. They can differ in many ways including the colour, texture, resilience and composition. They can also differ in person, in contrast to an online image where screen resolutions and pixels can differ.

For these reasons, and in the interest of a seamless customer journey with Boutique Bed Company, we advise that you request your chosen fabrics before placing an order. You can choose up to six free fabric swatches, which will be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded Delivery, free of charge within 3-5 days of receiving the request.


Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform us at as soon as you place your order. In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, Boutique Bed Company will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.

If you are not available to accept the delivery within the timeframe we have agreed with you, we will charge the delivery cost plus £10 for a redelivery. All redeliveries dates are subject to our rolling delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area.

If you need to make amendments to your delivery date, please give us sufficient notice so we can avoid lost fees. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or re-schedule a delivery.

If your order is ready for delivery but you realise you require more time, again, please give us 48 hours notice before the scheduled delivery, we are happy to keep your items at our warehouse.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, Boutique Bed Company cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery, however we will always keep you informed and where necessary to reschedule accordingly if that is the case.

We do offer a free White Glove Assembly service however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the Delivery Note. Boutique Bed Company cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.

We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of your order.

Orders & Returns Policy

Each bed is considered bespoke, given the customisation options made available, and being manufactured on a made to measure basis, and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 48-hour cooling off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed.

If you realise after the delivery that you are unsatisfied with the quality, or that we've sent you the wrong item, please email us at within 14 days of delivery so that we can either resolve your issue or facilitate a return and refund if your issue cannot be resolved or if this falls within your 1 year Guarantee – see below.

We may ask for you to send us photos of any areas of damage or imperfection in order to offer you a suitable course of action.

We will require your unwanted item to be returned in the condition it was received. Please be aware that there will be a collection charge of £99. Collections will only be facilitated between Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. 

Orders that have been delivered and returned will be refunded within 14 working days after we receive your return. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our collection charge of £99 per order.

For security reasons, you will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.


We offer a full 1 year guarantee that protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults. Our guarantee applies to Upholstered Beds. Mattresses, Headboards and other Bedroom Furniture purchased from 1st January 2021 onwards. This starts form the date you sign for your delivery. Exclusions will apply.


Our guarantee excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, and structural damage caused by misuse of the item.

Our guarantee is only intended to protect products used for domestic purposes.

Our guarantee will not be valid for an item which requires assembly is disassembled or moved to a different property.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

How to make a claim

To register your claim under this manufacturer’s guarantee, us you will need to email us at with the following so we can determine whether your claim qualifies:

  • Proof of purchase i.e invoice
  • Photographs of the full product and the area that displays damage of cause of concern.

We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your claim and confirm your next possible steps with you. Wherever possible, replacement product will be like for like. However, if a particular style, material or model is no longer available we will offer a suitable alternative from our current range.
